John Schneringer - Founder

John has worked as the Director of Foundation Design, and Department Manager for foundations for DPIS. He has owned a concrete business for over 10 years and has recently launched V & S. He has worked with companies such as Lennar, Pulte, and DR Horton to optimize their foundation design to meet their performance and budget constraints.

Harrison Vann - President

Harrison has 5 years of construction experience spanning estimating, procurement, project management, and property management, with firms including Amherst and ICON Build. He has delivered Build-to-Rent, 3D-printed residential, and commercial projects across Texas and Florida, managing single-family projects from inception to on-time, on-budget completion.
